Our banking partner has released a fix to an earlier technical issue that resulted in some Visa card transactions (processed between October 7 - October 22) not being properly deducted from buyers' account balances or refunded to buyers' account balances, even though payments and refunds were successfully processed by sellers. Buyers should begin seeing these transactions accurately reflected in their account balances and on their account statements over the next couple of days. During this incident, there was no impact to sellers' balances.
