The disruption that affected transfers has been resolved. Our banking partner confirmed that all delayed transfers have now been sent and Sellers impacted by this disruption should see their funds in their bank account shortly. Thank you for your patience with us as we worked to resolve this issue with our partner.

Our banking partner has implemented a fix to address Transfers affected by the service disruption. Some Sellers may find that their bank accounts already reflect the completed transfers, while others can expect their pending transfers to be completed over the coming hours. Our team has identified a disruption that has caused some Sellers to not receive Transfers from Square since January 3, 2025. Our team is currently working with our Banking Partners to identify the root cause of this disruption.
